Single-game tickets for the 2018 Holly Springs Salamanders season are on sale now online only. All contests on the 26-game home schedule will be played at Ting Park in Holly Springs.

The team opens its home slate on Sunday, June 3 against the Morehead City Marlins, and wraps its season on Saturday, Aug. 4 against the Fayetteville SwampDogs. The schedule features four Friday night contests, four Saturday night games and five Sunday evening games.

Additionally, the team is slated to host Kids Run the Bases following every Sunday home game, and the Salamanders will host their first Bark in the Park event on July 6. Star Wars Night will take place on June 30, featuring character appearances and a jersey auction.

All Monday through Friday games are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., all Saturday contests are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and all Sunday games are scheduled to begin at 5:40 p.m.

Individual tickets begin at $8 plus tax for Salamanders contests, and can be purchased at Tickets will go on sale over the phone and at Ting Park beginning Wednesday, May 2 at 9 a.m.

The Coastal Plain League is the nation’s hottest summer collegiate baseball league. Celebrating its 19th season in 2015, the CPL features 15 teams playing in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The CPL gives college players the chance to refine their skills with the use of wooden bats. Players are housed with local host families for the summer and past experiences have been very positive for both players and hosts. The CPL has had over 1,200 alumni drafted and 79 of those – including 2011 AL MVP and Cy Young winner Justin Verlander – make their Major League debut; while another notable alum - Russell Wilson - won Super Bowl XLVIII.
